We have a question for the users.

There are 3 views per type of actions: Today, This Week and Anytime.

- Anytime contains all actions in the past and within 1 month in the future.

- Today View: at the moment it shows any overdue and Today actions. I have suggested that it should be only Today's actions and that the overdue actions should only be in the Overdue view. Their dates will be displayed in red (like on the desktop) and user can choose to order by Date on any views.

- This Week View: also shows overdue + today + one week ahead. I will suggest that it only shows the 6 (or 7) days ahead starting from tomorrow.

Please give us your opinion. It is urgent.

As this will be the template for all phone apps, I am interested in BB, I am responding. I like your approach from a business perspective. This will permit a complete radar type of view of activity.

We have a question for the users.

There are 3 views per type of actions: Today, This Week and Anytime.

- Anytime contains all actions in the past and within 1 month in the future.
(Are these the Do ASAP actions? If so, there are some that I schedule for ASAP action, but only after a specific date - In which case, I would not want my scheduled Do ASAP actions to show up there. I think it better to call this view "All Open" to as not to mislead as there appears to be no specific status associated with it.)

- Today View: at the moment it shows any overdue and Today actions. I have suggested that it should be only Today's actions and that the overdue actions should only be in the Overdue view. Their dates will be displayed in red (like on the desktop) and user can choose to order by Date on any views.
(What would be helpful for me is to show any and all actions that are due today or are overdue. Overdue items need to be addressed, if not specifically completed, then reschedule or deleted. To that end, I would like to see overdue items in the "Today" view but with in red text or having some other form of identification to make it obvious the items are overdue.)

- This Week View: also shows overdue + today + one week ahead. I will suggest that it only shows the 6 (or 7) days ahead starting from tomorrow.
(Agree with the above. It should show "Today", "Overdue", and any items (be is scheduled, ASAP, delegated, etc.) that is overdue, due today, or due in 7 days time.)

Looking forward to it!!!!

This is not really Anytime then is it. I'd be all for the names accurately reflecting what the views contain. Why can't the Anytime view truly be any time?
- Today View: at the moment it shows any overdue and Today actions. I have suggested that it should be only Today's actions and that the overdue actions should only be in the Overdue view.
I disagree I would definitely want to see a view with overdue and Today's actions, could we have this in an additional view : Due and Today really could then contain only today's actions ?
- This Week View: also shows overdue + today + one week ahead. I will suggest that it only shows the 6 (or 7) days ahead starting from tomorrow.
Sounds OK but would it be possible to show only actions for the calendar week rather than 7 days ahead? Otherwise should be called Next 7 days or some such.

Can't wait for the update!

Thanks,

Mark

I don't have any strong opinion on the Anytime view. Iif I could use another view to see ALL actions than I could see why you would make a view only showing actions that are scheduled for a specific date.

Regarding the Today view, i agree with MarkHD, if we could have two views, one for only Today's actions and one for Today and Overdue actions. If this isn't possible I think I would like the Today view to include both Today items as well as Overdue items.

The view I feel strongest on is the This Week view. Again, I agree with MarkHD that the This Week view should only contain items scheduled this week (Mon-Sun). Others might disagree, but I generally like to see what I have to complete for the current week, not the next 6-7 days if it flows into the next calendar week.

Thank you for asking for our input and continuing to enhance the product

We will add an Overdue Views.

I take your point about the This Week view.
