I'd like to request a way to filter the recurring tasks that come up in the weekly review screens.

I'd like to be able to choose (maybe when the recurrance is set up) whether a task will be listed multiple times or just once.

I think this would also make it much easier to navigate weekly lists on a smart phone screen.

Does anyone else think this idea holds value for them?

We have tried to upload it to the Apple store. We have issues with certificate, signer, etc at the moment. Seems like Apple make it as hard as possible sometimes. We then expect about a week for Apple to approve it as they were very quick for version 1.5. Once we know that the approval process has started, we will release the new sync module for the desktop (which is compatible with version 1.5).

I will prepare a demo with the new screenshots next week.

Any updates on this, Claire?

There is one potential bug on the sync to be fixed.

the original GTD concept was to isolate items that are due this week or today or overdue items. The advantage of the phone app (BB hint) is that you can have a list of actions by CONTEXT available when you are in that arena. i.e. errants would only be good when you are in the store, PHONE would only apply when you have free time and a phone., etc.

I use your product to run my business and personal life and print out list by CONTEXT and carry with me. Having this available on a device I carry every minute of every day would be awesome.

Just my thoughts.

The app version 2.0 has been submitted today to the Apple Store. The sync module will be released tomorrow and is compatible with version 1.5.

You can find a demo of the new functionality here:
