I have the newest version of the iphone app and of tr, iphone 4 and windows xp.

When syncing, all works fine but actions. The iphone app stops and goes to the home screen after syncing about 60-80% (on the progress bar) Sometimes it does not show any progress at all.

The actions are never transmitted completely to the iphone. Sometimes none is transmitted. It alway end prrematurely but hardly ever at the same place.

Any idea?

Best regards

Ralf

Hi Ralf,

The first thing I'd like to find out is if its just running out of memory.

Can you report how many actions you have?
Also, do you have any with an unusually large amount of notes?

Do you use the multi-tasking feature to run other apps at the same time?

Cheers

Thanks a lot for the help:

1. I have around 270 actions to be done and aroun 3950 in total, (done included)

2. Around 25% have notes. Mostly 2-4 lines of text but not more than 40 lines.

3. I didn't even realize the multi-tasking feature. How can I find out if it is set?

All the best

Ralf

Hi Ralph,

That certainly doesn't sound excessive. We've done way more that that during testing.

We might need to get some logging info from you to get to the bottom of this one.
