TOPIC: Question about Setting an Action's Time in Process

Question about Setting an Action's Time in Process 16 years 5 months ago #432

I posted this earlier in the non-members forms, then joined the members, and so thought I'd repost it here - sorry for the duplicate:

This should hopefully be an easy question. I've used ThinkingRock for some time, but had a period of a few months where I fell out of the habit. I'm working on getting back into it, and I seem to be having a little bit of trouble.

If I remember correctly, there used to be an option to set an action's Time during processing. On the latest version I just installed, that seems to be missing. I'd like to be able to set that during the processing stage (I find that I use the 30 minute, 20 minute, and 10 minute settings fairly regularly at the end of my work day).

I found the settings area for processing that allows me to turn on/off Final Outcomes, but it has no option for Time. Am I missing something? Was it never really there and I'm just imagining things? Or is there a setting I'm missing somewhere?

Any help is appreciated. Thank you very much.

Aaron

Never mind - I answered my own question eventually. If you go to:
Setup -> Criteria -> Time -> Use this Criteria

And turn that on, it appears in the processing screen. If you don't have it checked, it doesn't show up.

Thanks,

Aaron
