Hi,

there seem to be some problems with TR's iCalendar export function. In general the export works, but I can't:

  • export with the correct character set - can't find any corresponding settings. As a result german umlaut characters are misrepresented
  • Inactive actions/Do ASAP actions/Delegated actions only show up when 'as events' is selected, 'as To Do' does not show in outlook tasks

  • I'm using Outlook 2003 german with all current patches and iCalendar for Outlook (Kenner-Price)

    Does anybody have an idea?

    TIA

    Hi,

I just realized that I had enabled an option in iCalendar for Outlook which prevented tasks from being synchronized, so that issue is fixed.

Still the Umlauts are not shown correctly...

    Thanks anyway.

    Hi,

I'd just like to renew my question:

Does anybody have an idea how to get correct character encoding from TR to outlook?

    TIA
