TOPIC: Error exporting all project details

Hi,

When exporting reports i'm getting, "There was an error opening this document, this file was damaged"...in adobe after exporting all project details.

The export works fine for project outline and im wondering if its something to do with the file size? - All project details with notes, etc is aroun 730 kb, and the outline is abour 150 kb.

I've tried with different versions of thinking rock but each produces the same error. I have exported all details in the past so can only think it must be a file size limit?

Any ideas?

Please run the export again and see if there are any errors in the log (view the log in TR menu: View, "IDE Log").

Looks like the problem is: java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: Java heap space

You can increase the amount of memory TR can use by doing the following:

- edit the tr.conf file (if Mac in ThinkingRock.app/Contents/Resources/tr/etc/ if Windows in C:\\Program Files\\TR-3.1.2\\etc\\)
- change the line that starts with: default_options=
- change the settings for:e.g. double the size:
