After upgrading to the "goals demo" the pdf exports are lost?!

Just see the attached file.

After removing files with

cd .thinkingrock
rm -r tr-3.0.3

TR 3.0.3 starts again, beta update center wasn´t enabled anymore by me.

Now I can´t start up my data file....

Do I have to clean everything and start allover from scratch? That´s too tricky for productive working .... betas should not work like alphas....

New data file is working, my "old one" should be corrupt?

Sorry for post-spamming, but that is so frustrating.

To find the beta centre, you need to first install modules from the normal update centre. These are the instructions that other users have followed to re-install from scratch:
- un-install TR 3.0.3
- delete the .thinkingrock/tr-3.0.3 folder under your user folder (mine is: C:Documents and SettingsClaire.thinkingrocktr-3.0.3)
- download TR 3.0.3 (if you don't have a copy anymore) and run the install
- reload catalog and install the modules from the normal update center.
- go under plugins and check the update beta center.
- install the latest modules;
- when restarting TR you will get an error message: make sure you press the Exit button and not the Disable modules one.
- delete the .thinkingrock/tr-3.0.3 folder
- restart TR.

Don't worry if you get any error regarding your data file when you re-install 3.0.3 "original": because you have open the data file with the goals module, some updates have been done and this is why you get an error when you open the data file with a previous version of some modules. Once you have installed everything from the beta centre, you will be able to use your latest data file.

Let us know where you live and we will try to stay on line until your problem is solved.

Claire,

new day, new start, new win-situation.
I did the clean reinstall after deleting the installation of 3.0.3 with AppZapper. Then deleting the files in /volumes/.../Users/username/.thinkingrock/tr-3.0.3 and the folder .thinkingrock got me the start from scratch.

After installing the german version of TR 3.0.3 again, I´ve started the application and installed the 14 new updates adviced in the right corner of the app. With some fear I searched for the reports and so and.... they were here. Thanks God.

Then, entering plugins, I had to tick the beat update center, update the netbeans version XX and great surprise, after restarting TR again everything works fine for me after firsts tests.

But: No deletion of .thinkingrock/tr-3.0.3 again was necessary. Is that right. I did NOT delete anything but everything works fine now.

Claire, again thanks for your great support, hope to find that effort and strong community feeling here in the future again and again.

The member fee is worth every buck. But money is one thing.

Best from Germany, and thanks for the great offering to stay online until the problem is solved.

Thorsten
