Just got a nice very powerful little shirt pocketable computer, the Nokia N900 that runs maemo5 linux based OS...it's actually sold as a phone, but I don't use it that way, I connect to internet using the built-in WiFi. It also has Bluetooth as well. So, very versatile device.

I've installed Debian linux on it, so can run Debian apps if compiled for ARMEL CPU...there's a very simple way to do it by just downloading and installing 'Easy Debian', install sets up everything for you...

So......thought it would be fabulous to either run TR on it or have a way to sync tasks to it...

Given the Linux OS base per above, I decided to try installing TR3 per the instructions and Voila!, it opened and is running on it!

Very cool to see TR running on such a small device......just added some pics for fun....

:silly:

Will also try to get TR running directly in Maemo, if I can get Java installed....will report back if I am successful.

Mark

You're welcome, Claire....thanks.

Meanwhile, I added 2 photos of it running so you can see what it's like....one photo has my N900 next to my MacBook for size comparison....

I also added some additional info regarding this setup in my original post....
