TOPIC: Upgrde: No action itms in Do ASap/scduleddelgted

Recently I upgraded from TR 2.2.1 on Windows xp to TR 3.3 (with Java 1.6.0_20)
On my ipod touch which is ioS5 I have latest app installed. iphone ver 2.4 of TR

Now the wifi sync happens fine but I see that I only have projects and references in my ipod touch. No matter what I do .. i am not able to see my action items in

DO Asap
Schduled
Delegated

I tried to relax all settings in iphone app to have <any> value
I also tried to create a new action for today with scduled as well as delegated but they just reFUSE to show up in my ipod touch.


What am I doing wrong. How can i get my action items in Do Asap, Scduled, delegated in my ipod touch.

Hi Sunil,

Its very odd that you'd have reference items and projects but no actions at all.

Please check the date on both devices. Does your desktop computer think its the wrong year or something?

Which type of sync are you using?

I have tried using wifi sync as well as dropbox sync
same result.

and date on desktop is not the issue :)

For general info: After going through this again on skype it seems to be working properly now. Its unclear what the problem was.

please let me know if you are having this or similar problems

Problem has resurfaced after i tried to resync using wifi.

So again No action items only projects and references. on the iphone app.

Oh dear, that's no good. A few further thoughts....

Does this occur immediately after sync. Does it re-occur if you stop and restart the app? what if you restart the iphone altogether?

Can you try making a new test file with only a few actions. Does it sync with that file? Does it still sync after adding some projects and reference items?
