Hi,

I like the day view feature and use it a lot !

Currently, I see the following types of tasks in the day view:
- Do ASAP due
- Do ASAP starting
- Delegated follow up.

However, this only relates to the actions with today's reminder date.

Is it possible to include in this view the overdue (asap+delegated+scheduled) undone actions like they are in the iPhone app ?

Otherwise, I would have to check all recent days for due actions.

Or am I just missing something?

Thanks for your help !

Best regards,
Max

You can just alter the filtering to include overdue actions. I have added an overdue tab rather than having them with my Today view.

Please see the following article for all details on setting-up your Review Actions screen:

Hi Claire,

I just came up with a similar issue. The Action Screens on the Desktop Application (on their default settings) don't resemble the Action Screens on the iphone app.

The obvious difference is at the "Overdue and Today" option that doesn't exist on the desktop versio and I'm not sure how it relates to the "Do ASAP" button on the iphone app or the filtering options in the desktop version.

It's a bit confusing, isn't it?

Hi Claire,

How do I set a 'Overdue' filter? As far as I can tell (and I've been looking) on the Desktop version there is not value called "Overdue" in any field.

I tried setting Action Date less than or equal to yesterday. But tasks shown are incomplete. (I can use the Overdue tab on the Android app to see what should be there)

Any help will be really appreciated.

Your filtering seems similar to mine. Did you check the 'Exclude if null' box?

Could you send me a screen dump of the filtering you set-up?
