Hello!
Any plans to implement REFERENCE items and PROJECTS in iOS app?
Any plans add more EDIT functionality to iOS app so not only Action Date can be changed?

Regards,
Sergei.

These 2 items (REFERENCE items and PROJECTS) are on the list for the next version (2.4).

Regarding Action EDIT, you can already edit the Notes and mark an action as Done. What will be the next most other urgent update you will need?

Hello!
A couple of notes if I may:
1) A while ago we've discussed a functionality to be able to select multiple items when filtering on Context, Topic, etc. This is still actual and important I think.
To go more in this direction I would like to see the ability on iOS app to specify number of filters (out of different combinations of Context, Topic, etc) and instantly use them. Rather then going every time and selecting all that options - this takes too much time...
2) As to reference items - would be nice to have an ability to turn a reference item to though on the go in iOS app (for instance while on train I'm browsing my reference items and decide that it's time for some of them to become actionable).
Back forth - I mean turning thoughts into reference items in iOS is not that crucial but would be nice.
3) Projects - I store valuable info in Purpose, Vision, Notes, etc (and update it on a regular basis) - I would like to be able to view and edit that on iOS. Also I would like to see all actions of that selected project and corresponding sub-projects. This is important to see project in both views - all actions including subproject ones and just project actions excluding sub-projects.
4) As to editing items - everything that is viewable should be editable - description, topic and so on.
5) Stability - didn't report on that but - when working with the app with setting "start at collect" and entering thoughts during a day you always come to a point where on collect screen there are no TR and Save buttons - just 3 empty fields - Desc, Topic and Notes and you need to kill the app and start over. However this does not affect thought entry in a way that something gets lost.

A question - can desktop app always listen for incoming synchronization events? That would be more convenient to synchronize over wi-fi this way.

Sergei.

yes, i agree that selecting multiple filters is important. it might not make the next release though

we're planning to allow editing of project purpose, vision, notes etc and the same for reference items.

As for the rest, probably not on the next release...we're a bit sensitive to the fact that we annoyed people with the time it took to get the last release done...I wanted to get the next release out fairly fast.

Yes Yes Yes!
I'd also like to have all that...

- Refecence items on the go
- changing back and forth between reference / actionable ASAP- inactive - scheduled - delegated... / someday-maybe / project-action...
- stability
-...
sorry for posting the reference issue as a new thread yesterday...

Best regards,
Harald
