Now that I have been able to install TR3.3 on my MacBookPro (OSX Lion), I am unable to install the proposed update to the iPhone sync module.

The module appears in the updated modules window, I can select and install it and TR tells me that it has been successfully installed and it must restart. I let it restart, but then it again proposes to to update the same module. This continues indefinitely.
When I have installed version 3.3 a .thinkingrock/tr-33 folder has been created in my home folder, but there is no update subfolder in it, even if I seem to have successfully installed the update:

Installed version:3.3.1.3 Available version:3.3.2.0 Author: Avente Pty Ltd Date: 12/21/11
The Plugin Installer has successfully installed the following plugins: TR iPhone Sync

TR does not ask my admin password during the update process (maybe this is normal, since it is supposed to write in my home folder).

I have also made this settings folder writable by all, but this does not solve the problem.

Any idea for solving this new problem?

Strange again...

When I check the version of the iPhone sync module in Tools/plugins, it indicated the most recent one. But TR continues to propose to me to update to the same version, indicating me an older version and the installed version.

I do not know what to do to solve these inconsistencies... In the meantime, I can sync by WiFi (but not by Dropbox).

Not sure what's going on.
I suggest you try the following:
delete your the tr-3.3 folder in the .thinkingrock folder of your home folder.
restart TR and install the module updates again.

Thanks a lot Claire, that worked like a charm (it also solved the dropbox sync problem, it seems)!
