TOPIC: Delete old thoughts from file

Hi,

Is it possible to clean old thoughts and projects from the data file? I would like to clean some lists, such as people I delegated stuff to with whom I haven't worked together in years. But if I want to remove them, tr will say that this is not possible because they are in use (well, the thoughts still exists in the file but have been marked done for years).

Also, I just don't need the old thoughts any more. Whatever I've finished 200x doesn't bother me any more. So I'd like to get rid of them anyways. I hope I've made myself clear.

Have you try the Archive function?

Ahh. I didn't know there was such a function and I honestly didn't check the file menu, though it does make sense. Thanks, that solved the problem. Afterwards I was able to delete the old delegates.
