Great! Since I am new here, and since I see from this forum that development can be slow (look at this thread and its related one - years!), do you think that your discussion will push this forward in a reasonable time?

We have done a change for Lotus Notes links. See http://www.trgtd.com.au/index.php?option=com_kunena&Itemid=56&func=view&id=5146&catid=2#5146 on how to install the updated module and test the change for us. Thank you.

I have updated the TR View module in the 3.4 Beta update centre to version 3.4.1.2.

The notes editor should now allow you to enter links for any URI
(e.g. notes://blah/blah or xyz://blah/blah)

When a link is clicked, TR will attempt to launch the default browser to display the URI. If the default browser is not able to handle the URI, the application registered for handling URIs of the that type will be invoked.

Please let me know if this does or does not work. Note you may need to register an application to handle the URI scheme (e.g. notes: ) on your system - not sure how to do that.

I have done a quick test to verify that this works with a Notes URI within a note. TR 3.5.1, Lotus Notes 9.0.1 SHF211. Works for Notes documents that are in an archive as well as those in a primary mail application (database).
