ThinkingRock rocks ! Love it.
As scheduled actions are scheduled on a calendar and can be exported as an iCalendar, I would adore the feature of ThinkingRock (TR) being able to read from that calendar as it can be modified once imported into another Calendar client such as outlook. This would significantly reduce the back and forth between TR and a calendar client like outlook
As with anything awesome, people who like it tend to want to make it even more awesome. In that spirit, there a feature I think could save a lot of time to users. Enhanced calendar synchronization.
Today, I use the actions I've scheduled to export into my outlook calendar where many other events are recorded by other colleagues, etc... While I cannot, unfortunately, simply hard sync outlook calendar with the TR one, I can import the TR generated calendar into outlook. However, once I modify the imported calendar, it will not reflect in TR. So to keep things on track, I have to go back to TR and change the scheduled action with truly what was done in outlook. The reason it would need to change is either a reschedule or cancellation or just more info was added but it's primarily a reschedule.
Thanks
