TOPIC: Delegates: Add additional Email button

When a delegated action is due for follow-up, I usually send an email message to the delegate. However, I often want to respond to an earlier message of the delegate instead of creating a new one. On the other hand, I would like to add a message to the notes field to record that I sent a new message. Currently I do that by clicking on the Email button in the action pane, but this always opens a new email message in the email program. This is okay if I really want to create a new and independent message. However, if I want to respond to an earlier message, I have to close that new message first. So I thought it might be convenient to have an additional button which does exactly the same as the currently existing email button, just without actually starting a new email message (i.e. this button would just add a message to the notes field). This can either be a button next to the currently existing Email button, or an additional button in the notes editor window. Having it right of the currently existing button in the action pane would save some mouse clicks.
