May I suggest to add a function to create topic on the fly when handling thoughts, or even actions.

Just like what you can do with Gmail lables, you can assign an email a lable, or create a new label on the fly if it doesn't exist.

Say you can add a "new topic" item on the dropdown list of topic.

That will save lots of time on back and force.

If this functions is hard to execute, can you at least add a shortcut for "Add Topic"?
