I have a tendency to reprocess Someday/Maybe items, only to realize that I don't have the time to do it after all, so I reprocess it back to Someday/Maybe.

When this is done, the Create Date is set to the reprocessed date. How about having a choice to preserve the Created Date? I find it quite useful to see when the original thought was recorded. It's possible to do it manually, but very easy to forget ...

It is a known bug. I have increased its priority.

This also seems to impact the created date when moving a task from a project to a standalone task (unless there are any ways to move a task to Single Actions without going via Reschedule ..?)

seconded, I'd like the created date to stay the same unless I unlock the field and then specifically change it. (and then of course, go back and re-lock the field)

This also prevents me from using "Tickle on date", which would be very useful. Hope you are able to fix it 'till next release, pretty pretty please.
