I want to create a view to see in one list:
1. All not done ASAP actions
2. All not done Scheduled/Delegated actions, which have Action Date less or equal to today

Screenshot: img534.imageshack.us/img534/226/20100717205350.png

When i try to use filter by Action Date, obviously "test2" action disappears, but i don't want it to
When i try to filter by Scheduled Date (WITHOUT checking "Exclude if null" !!!), all ASAP actions disappears from list. (i thing it is a bug)

TR version: 3.1.2

If developers ask me, i can prepare test .trx and ReviewActions.xml file to illustrate this bug, to speed up fixing it.

If you filter on Scheduled Date, Delegated and Do ASAP actions are not listed because they don't have a Scheduled Date field.

Try to unset the Exclude if null on the Action Date filter.

Does it means that they have it's fiels equals to Null ?
If so, then i've found a bug
If not, then is it possible to change program behavior to make it so, because IMHO it's logical
Try to unset the Exclude if null on the Action Date filter.
It's already unset, of course!
Filtering on Action Date fiels not fits my purpose, please read more carefully - because it filters ALL actions, but i want to filter in such way only Scheduled&Delegated actions.

You can filter on the Action Status in order to select only Scheduled, Delegated and Do ASAP.

The Do ASAP and Delegated actions don't have the Scheduled Date field at all. It is not a question of the value stored in it, and we are not going to change x number of screens. We created the concept of Action Date because of the different date fields per action status.
Last Edit: 15 years 1 month ago by claire.

I've already did it, if you see the screenshot that i posted

But this concept does not help to solve my problem, unfortunately..

What screens are you speaking about?
Isn't it simple change in the code where you applying filter to the Review Actions, in 2 points: to Scheduled, and Delegated date, - just add/modify 2 "if" condition ??

I agree it is not possible to create one Tab with your criteria.
