Hi all.
I've just updated a TR with 2 recent updates - TR View and something other.
After install and restart of application it said that can not install TR view module and opened a blank window of application with no access to collect, process and other screens.

How to repair the install?

Info on the system:
Product Version: ThinkingRock 3.1.2
Java: 1.6.0_18; Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM 16.0-b13
System: Windows 7 version 6.1 running on x86; Cp1251; ru_RU (tr)

Sergei.

Not sure why.

I would try the following:

- remove the folder: C:\\Documents and Settings\\<username>\\.thinkingrock
- uninstall TR
- reinstall TR
- try installing the module updates again
- when you run TR after this, if the same message comes up (i.e can not install TR view module) cancel (do not choose the continue option), then post another message here and I will try and see what has happened.

Hi Jeremy.
That has helped - I've uninstalled 3.1 and then installed it from the scratch. Update went fine after that.
On Ubuntu I haven't had this problem.

Thank you,
Sergei.
