I like the feature of having project folders turn red when there are no next actions for them, but to me there seems to be an inconsistency in the interface:

* Delegated and Scheduled and Do ASAP actions make the folder green, presumably because these sorts of actions don't necessitate figuring out a next action.

* An inactive action leaves the folder red, even if the inactive action has a start date.

In my mind, an inactive action with a start date should make the folder green, because like with a scheduled action, eventually the next action will show up on a Do ASAP action list. I like using delayed-start actions like these because they don't really belong on my "hard landscape" calendar, but are good to use for actions that can't start before a certain date (like talking to someone who is on vacation). Can this behavior be changed or made into an option, so that inactive w/startdate actions make the project folder green? This would save me a lot of time when I'm scanning for projects needing next actions.

I can see your point of view. I will add it to our list.

Those of us who are red/green color blind would appreciate a different color scheme. What about blue/yellow or blue/green?

As we will have to add preferences, we will add preferences for the folders colour.

I like the feature of having project folders change color when there are no next actions for them.
I would prefer:

- no active actions -> GREEN (like everything is OK)
- active actions -> RED (like alert ->something to do)

Instead of starting playing too much with colours, preferences, buttons, etc... I was thinking of adding a set of filtering to the Review Projects screen like:
- view of projects with no active actions;
- view of projects with active actions;
- view of projects with overdue actions;
- view of projects with due date next week;
- view of projects for a selected topic;
- etc....

Please let me know which other views you can think of as they will be programmed and not user defined.
