The levels will be user-defined and you can have as many as you want.

Jeremy would like to keep the levels within a hierarchy (for example a goal for "life purpose" cannot be under a "short-term" goal) but I think it is easier to leave it simple (for the coding as well) and don't enforce a hierarchy.

As long we can order things hierarchically :)

You will be able to enter and review your goals and sub-goals like the projects tree + we will add filtering functionality on the level. Once we have done it in the new screen (Review Goals), we will change the Review Projects to also have filtering functionality on topic, active projects, etc....

If possible I like the complete overview from top to bottom. For example:

-Health
Career projects
Health projects tasks
Other health tasks

-Career
Health projects
Health projects tasks
Other career tasks

-Other non goal related tasks

Or

-10 year goals
10 year goals projects
10 year goals projects tasks
Other 10 year goals tasks

-5 year goals
5 year goal projects
5 year goal projects tasks
Other 5 year goal tasks

-1 year goals
1 year goal projects
1 year goal projects tasks
Other 1 year goal tasks

-Other non goal related tasks

Edit
I think it's best to have one 'Planning' view, which replaces the current 'Projects' view. In this planning view you can plan the various runlevels and / or your goals form 50.000 down to the projects and next actions (or the other way round).

I prefer simplicity and I think that fewer screens greatly enhance simplicity without sacrificing flexibility.

We are about to release changes to the Notes processing which took longer than planned to implement. We then need to sort out a few small things (like the email problem).

Priority is to allow users to enter their goals.

We will start with the Level set-up screen, a "simple" Review Goals screen similar to Review Projects and change to the Process Thoughts to allow to create Goals from there.

So if we start around the 22nd of February, hopefully we get a beta by the end of March.
