    • Introduction

    Cet article couvre les paramètres initiaux qui doivent être entrés la première fois que vous utilisez ThinkingRock :

    • paramètres données initiaux : contextes, thèmes et critères (priorité, énergie et temps);
    • paramètres généraux : choix des champs optionnels, auto-séquence des actions ou non, où sauver le fichier de sauvegarde, etc...

    Ce document se lit en ordre chronologique.

    Pour appeller chaque écran, vous pouvez soit cliquer sur la case correspondante dans l'écran sommaire ou utiliser les boutons de la barre de menu.

    Commencement

    Lors de la première utilisation de ThinkingRock, vous devez créer un fichier de données en utilisant l'option menu Fichier Nouveau ou la case Créer fichier données de l'écran sommaire. Ce fichier contiendra non seulement vos données (idées, actions, projets, idées potentielles et articles de référence) mais aussi vos paramètres donnée initiaux. 
    A chaque utilisation du programme ThinkingRock, le dernier fichier de données utilisé est automatiquement ré-ouvert.

    Paramètres données

    Initiallement vous devez entrer les données décrites ci-dessous.

    Comme point de départ pour votre propre fichier de données, vous pouvez télécharger le fichier de données SetupData.xml (qui contient des exemples  de contextes, thèmes et critères) d' ici. 

    Contextes

    Un contexte décrit où et comment une action doit être faite. Exemples de contexte : téléphone, ordinateur, magasins, internet, maison. Les contextes sont utiles pour décider l'action suivante que vous pouvez effectuer, vu que cela dépend en général d'où vous êtes et de quels outils sont à votre disposition. Les contextes sont également utilisés dans les rapports, vous permettant ainsi d'avoir avec vous les actions à effectuer dans le contexte actuel. Contexte est un concept GTD. 

    Pour définir vos contextes,  utilisez l'écran Contextes.

    Thèmes

    Un thème est utilisé pour classifier une idée et est sauvegardé lorsque l'idée devient une action, un projet, une idée potentielle ou un article de référence. Exemples de thème : personel, finance, santé, maison, travail, enfants, livres. Thème n'est pas un concept GTD.

    Pour définir vos thèmes,  utilisez l'écran Thèmes.

    Critères

    Il y a 3 critères que vous pouvez utiliser : priorité, énergie et temps. Ce sont des concepts GTD. Ces  critères peuvent vous aider à décider quelle est l'action suivante à effectuer. Par exemple : "J'ai 10 minutes avant ma réunion, quelle action puis-je faire qui ne prend que 10 minutes au maximum ?" ou "Je viens de déjeuner, je suis en train de m'assoupir, quelle action puis-je faire qui ne demande qu'une énergie mentale faible ?". Veuillez noter que selon GTD, ces critères sont moins importants pour la détermination de l'action suivante que ne l'est le contexte.

    Pour définir vos critères,  utilisez l'écran Critères. Vous devez tout d'abord cocher la case de ceux que vous voulez utiliser. ThinkingRock est fourni avec des valeurs que vous pouvez modifier. Vous pouvez également supprimer des valeurs, en ajouter ou changer leur ordre. L'ordre que vous choississez dans cet écran est utilisé lorsque vous ordonnez la liste d'action selon ce critère.

    Paramètrage Action

    Vous pouvez ajouter les champs suivants pour définir une action : Date début, Date due et/ou Résultat positif. Veuillez cocher la case correspondante dans l'écran de paramètrage des Actions (Mac Preferences/Miscellaneous/Actions Tab; Windows et Linux Tools/Miscellaneous/Actions Tab).

    Paramètrage Projet

    Vous pouvez ajouter les champs suivants pour définir un projet : Date début et/ou Date due. Veuillez cocher la case correspondante dans l'écran de paramètrage des Projets (Mac Preferences/Miscellaneous/Projets Tab; Windows et Linux Tools/Miscellaneous/Projets Tab). 

    En ce qui concerne le paramètrage du séquencement automatique des actions (voir l'aide sur séquencement, section 05. Revue pour plus de détails), il est mis en place au niveau du projet :

    • si l'option n'est pas cochée, il n'y a pas de séquencement automatique;
    • si l'option est cochée, pour tous les nouveaux projets, les actions seront séquencées automatiquement. Ce paramètre peut être changé pour tout projet dans l'écran Revue de projets.

    Paramètrage Date

    Vous pouvez specifier quel est le premier jour de votre semaine (lundi ou dimanche) et le format date dans l'écran de paramètrage de Date (Mac Preferences/Miscellaneous/Dates Tab; Windows et Linux Tools/Miscellaneous/Dates Tab).
