ThinkingRock has an option to publish in iCalendar file containing your scheduled tasks. From the Tools→Options menu, select the Calendar tab and select “Publish iCalendar file”. The folder will need to be on your local hard drive, where you can import it into Outlook or another calendaring program. If you are able to make this file available via an http URL, such as with Dropbox or another “cloud storage” service, you can import the calendar into web-based calendaring tools such as Google Calendar, then sync to your iPhone or Blackberry.
