Before I do this and am surprised, I have a question about archiving

A couple of months ago I used the ARCHIVE function in TR 2.01 to make an archived file of all my completed stuff up to the end of March 2008: so that stuff no longer exists in my working TR file. Now I want to ADD to that archive. Here's my question: when I next ask TR to archive my completed projects and tasks, and point to the existing archive as the target, will TR OVERWRITE the file, or will it nicely add my newly completed projects/tasks to the existing archive file?

thanks!

I don't know the answer to your question, but if I wanted to find out I would just make a copy of the current archive file, archive it to the original, and then compare the two files, and that would yield the answer.

It creates a backup of your current data file, then a new archive file. It does not touch the previously created archived file.
