Hi All,

Having tried with no hope to import the ical file in outlook, I've searched a solution. :(

I hope I've found it!

I'm trying this Remote Calendars on Outlook 2003:
http://remotecalendars.sourceforge.net/

And with Thinkg Rock Ical files works.
It has imported both in my calendar and in my task list!
:D

I've done only few test, so I can't guarantee it, but it seem a good solution.
Only a bit trouble in installation (see the help forum on sourceforge).

Greetings,
Norby

P.s. This solve also synch with pocketpc devices!

Thanks a lot for this tip!

I have used it with RemoteCalendars 6.3 and Outlook 2003 and it works like a charm. I can now centralize all my tasks in TR that I am discovering and liking a lot.

I had some initial difficulty in setting RC for importing my ics file but it is working now.

It would be nice to have a trick for importing the contexts of TR as categories in Outlook... For now you must select a Category that will ne applied to all imports and this is not very flexible... But it is already a nice solution for integration with OL and ActiveSync.

Only one utility I store at my PC. Because of when I ran across with similar situation only it assisted me. The program has quite effective facilities. One of them such as rapid working with pst files aided me some time before. To my way of thinking it is able to solve any problem with ms outlook data - opening a .pst file without outlook.
