On Linux there are LOT of missing underlined shortcuts for fast keyboard navigation.

Menu with with shortcuts:

<REMOVED>

Menu with without shortcuts:

<REMOVED>

I can't confirm this issue on Mac or Windows, I have only Ubuntu box.

The same for Windows.

It seems that a menu element has either a keyboard shorcut or it is underlined. Never in both ways.

On Ubuntu, "Open", "Full Screen", "Save As", (...) items have both shortcut and underline.
