My computer locked up recently due to another application while TR was also running. After closing TR I noticed there were still java and TR processes running, so I closed them with the task manager.

I later restarted TR, but all action screens except one (with all actions) had vanished, though my data seemed otherwise intact. Initially I tried creating two more action screens from scratch, but I was really wanting the original ones and was no longer sure how it was set up.

To try to get back to the default, I saved a copy of my TRX file, uninstalled TR, and then deleted remaining files (also in "application data"). After reinstalling I opened the saved TRX file, but the action screens were still only the ones there before uninstalling.

Is there a way to get back to the default action screen arrangement?

I'm running Windows XP SP2
