When checking additional columns to display in an action screen (for instance: the do asap tab) and hitting the 'print screen' button a very nice PDF gets generated. The additional column however is printed in the right margin and thus falls of.

I can't reproduce.

1.) What OS are you using?

2.) TR is using A4 paper size. What paper size and margins is the PDF giving you?

3.) Does it look OK in the PDF preview?

4.) I assume that the TR action screen looks OK?

The print screen sizes the columns as they are on the screen. If you can't see a column's data properly then you probably need to make the column wider in the table on the screen.
