I am a very newbie in ThinkingRock and GTD but I support this request.
It would be usefull, for the end user, to be able to set manually an arbitrary order in the Topics and in the Contexts.or at least to be able to reorder when adding a new item.
Workaround : prefix with number and/or space or underline the names.
Suggestion. It would be nice that the Contexts could also order by (background) color. RGB -> RGB -> RGB
A little further : the Contexts define the background color and the Topics the text color.
Anyway TR is a great tool to learn GTD
