Hi,

it looks like TR does only support to archive done actions and done projects but not past scheduled items. It would be nice, to have the possibility to archive these too.

If the scheduled actions are set to Done (with Done date <= Archived Date), they are archived too. The archiving is not done based on the action status.

I told you there are too much dates

Claire you may be able to reproduce this:

-archive with a given date for example may 12
-make some actions and a project archivable by completing them and adding -a done date prior to may 12
-archive with the same date without clicking the date selector

No archiving of the new items happens.
I has to click into the archive date selector and select a different date. Now the newly "qualified" items got archived.
