Mishaba,
Thanks for that way to change the font size. Is there a way to choose a different font as well?

Is it possible to incorporate the functionality of TinyLaF into TR2, as an added user customization feature? It seems people would like to change the colors, fonts and styles of the app, which is Top notch by the way.

Thank you very much Mishaba for this solution. I have added it as a FAQ and have mentioned it on the gamma download page.

Hallo Claire,
yes i changed in fontsize 14 - but - by any unknown reason-
the letters loose their sharpness (tinny and some parts with shadow).

To solve this problem i changed into the "Microsoft-system" and tried out
changes in resolution of my screen. But this do affect other usage.

I hope for a userfriendly solution (e.g. http://www.fusiondesk.com).

Best regards & thousands of "thank you" for this programm!
Andreas

Hey guys, I found on some netbeans-page this option:
Code:
-J-Dapple.awt.graphics.UseQuartz=true

Font looks really nice now.

Also this might help (change netbeans into thinkingrock):

Quote:
Add the switch -J-Dswing.aatext=true into your netbeans.conf file to anti-alias all fonts.

I'm sure there is more to find...

Sounds interesting, so could you please post the hole line?
The original is:

>> default_options="--fontsize 12 -J-Xms24m -J-Xmx64m -J-Dnetbeans.logger.console=true -J-ea" <<

how do i have to change it? Thanks for your help!

No problem:

- Open (with your preferred text editor) the file called thinkingrock.conf in [install folder]\thingkingrock\etc
- Search the line containing
Code:
default_options=

The content for me is:
Code:
default_options="-J-Dapple.awt.graphics.UseQuartz=true --fontsize 10 -J-Xms24m -J-Xmx64m -J-Dnetbeans.logger.console=true -J-ea"

FYI: I've added only this:
Code:
-J-Dapple.awt.graphics.UseQuartz=true --fontsize 10

The other options were in by default.

Hope this helps...
