Yet another suggestion:

This suggestion is depending on the implementation of a priority system and additional options to set a due-date on a task (or even better; a tickle-date).

I would like to see a dashboard/today screen, filtered by context, that shows several panels like all tickled actions for today, all actions that are 'overdue', actions that are set to the highest priority, etc. I'm sure more ideas will come from other users.

As a sidenote, I really hope that the implementation of priorities (as I understand this is already on the list) let us set our own priority system. Some people like values, others like 'high. medium, low', I myself like the 7-habits model with the four quadrants.

Hans Peter.

Users will be able to set-up their own values for the priority, energy and time fields.

I have to agree that a quick view dashboard would be great. I'd love to be able to open TR and just see what I needed to get done today.

Yes, just a while ago I was thinking that a today view or some such thing would be great. One power of GTD is to help you to focus on the present.

This dashboard will be the nice, new feature of Release 2.0.

I've been using something like a dashboard, based on others' suggestions here on the forum:

Next Actions Screen, showing Do ASAP, Delegated, and Scheduled up to Today
Topics are my priorities (Most Important Thing, Must, Would, Could)

Really looking forward to the tickle-dates and due-dates :)

I'm excited about the dashboard. The overview will be appreciated. Speaking of dashboards (and completely of topic), any chance of adding a feature that allows access to the Thinking Rock's Inbox without leaving whatever application I'm currently working within? A widget for Apple's dashboard, a drawer similar to side note, http://www.chatelp.org/?page_id=5, or a plug-in for Quicksilver would all be great alternatives.
