I am running off my USB drive and am nervous about it's durability.

How about an option to mirror saves of the datafile to my hard drive?

The preference should be a directory so that if I open my Home.xml it would get mirrored to c:/my_mirror_dir/Home.xml and my Work.xml would get mirrored to c:/my_mirror_dir/Work.xml.

I realise that mirroring is orthogonal to the purpose of the tool but the info stored in a tool like this is so important I think it should be made very easy to get a single mirror backup configured.

Thanks again for a nice tool whicdh is proving useful to me.

Just in case you have not noticed, we have added a new option under the File menu 'Save To' which should provide the functionality you mention - with one manual step.
