Adjust the window to my task bar high

I usually use the triple high in my task bar.

But TR don't recognize this and position some windows with no consideration.

In this way :

Ditto - my taskbar is double high. The one window that annoys me continually pops up when I click to open the calendar to select a done date for a task. I can barely make out the buttons at the bottom and have just learned that the middle one is the OK button. I wouldn't be able to see them at all if I had a triple high taskbar.
