One rather irritating annoyance that I have with TR concerns the switching between the Projects tree list and a specific project. I haven't found a way to use the keyboard to switch from the details of a project (or subproject) back to the corresponding project (or subproject) in the projects window. My solution is to use the mouse, which is something I find disruptive and hate to do when I'm brainstorming or writing out the next actions of a project.
My wish is for a keyboard shortcut to enable switching back and forth from the details of a project to the same project in the Project tree.
