Hi, I've just started checking out TR, and like it a lot so far. I had a thought that I wanted to throw in here to see what people think of it. I'd like to be able to collect thoughts by subscribing to feeds (atom or rss). That way I could have a del.icio.us tag that I could throw links with notes at that would get pulled into my inbox of thoughts. That's just one simple example, of course, I bet people could come up with more interesting uses. A few more points:
* Should be able to subscribe to multiple feeds, not just one.
* Bonus points for a mechanism to perform other actions on these thoughts when they get processed. (like re-tagging or deleting del.icio.us items) This would have to be site-specific, but could be really powerful.
* Another site-specific option could be specifying what feed element should become which part of a thought. For example, I'd want the del.icio.us notes field to be the main text of a thought, with the other fields attached. I'm sure I'd want something different with some other feeds.
So, any opinions on this?
