 Post subject: Review Actions frame placement saved in membership version?

I've been using TR for awhile and am very impressed. The only major problem I have is that I don't like the way the frames are laid out in the Review Actions screen. I move them around to an arrangement I like, but the settings aren't saved. I know this was addressed some time ago in viewtopic.php?t=2169.

My question is, does this work properly in 3.x? If so, it's worth the $40 for me to upgrade. If not, I don't see any particular advantage to the pay version.
