When I try to add notes by double clicking the notes window on the Review Actions screen, it loses focus in about 5s. If I double click again, it gains focus and as I type it again loses focus. This is something happening consistently on Windows XP.

This is a behavior I have observed on RC4 which was not there on RC3.

Also happens when editing directly in Action Tab in Review Actions. Focus shifts to the tree view on the bottom left. Painful!

Workaround for now: if you select the action from the tree (and it is not selected in the list), it does not happen.
