At last, here it is. Click on http://www.thinkingrock.com.au/analysis/ReportDesignVersion2.doc to download the word document with my design.

Jeremy did not review it so it is possible that he might come back with a few 'too difficult' or 'not possible' regarding the order by.

Let me know what you think. Maybe create a new topic per report you want to discuss. If you prefer to mark the Word document in one go and send it back to me (might be quicker), it is possible too.

Would it be possible to include A5 as page size too? I don't know how much more complex this would be, but I find that printing on this size of paper makes my GTD system much more portable.

I made my comments as revisions in the Word document but I can't figure out how to get the updated file to you Claire. Help....
