I'm distressed with the whole ICal integration thing, especially since this program is on all other counts such a fantastic (and near-miraculous!) GTD solution...I've tried "Subscribe"-ing to the file from within Ical as per others' suggestions, but can't get it to recognize the path to the file I've entered as legitmate (and have tried everything on this count).

I'd be happy just with manually syncing each time by double-clicking on the .ics file that I've automatically set for ThinkingRock to save each time. The problem I have is that each time I click on the .ics file, it adds the data to the previously-synced thinking-rock calendar in Ical, resulting in double (and later, triple, quadruple, etc.) entries. Is there any way to avoid this (short of manually deleting the previously-created ICal thinking-rock calendar each time before double-clicking on the latest version of thinking-rock.ics?) Thanks in advance for any help!!

Yes, I too would like to know how avoid manually deleting events exported to ical. How could subscribing be a solution--have not used this before.

Thanks
