I set up my first monthly recurring meeting. It occurs the 2nd Sat of every month. TR2 sets it for the same date of the month, e.g., 4/12, 5/12. I suggest that the type of recurrence rules that other calendar products have be implemented. I realize this can be complex (like which days of the week), but that is what life throws at us.

If you're running Windows, the Sunbird calendar can do this - you can specify a task which repeats every second Saturday each month. I use the Portable Apps versoin of Sunbird because it completely lives in one folder and can be moved around on USB stick along with your TR data (and TR itself I believe).

You should ideally be putting meetings into the hard landscape and checking that first before moving onto your contexts. That's not to say you don't have a valid request in any case!

There will more options for recurrency in the coming release like 2nd Tuesday of every month or every Monday, Tuesday and Friday.

I do use Sunbird to view my TR calendar. But events entered into Sunbird don't make it back into TR. Are they supposed to? It would be nice if the connection was bi-directional, but I wonder how it would be automatically entered into TR with all the extra attributes in TR.
