While in project view, I cannot drag the first action in a project further down the list. I also cannot drag an action below the first action of a project to be ahead of (the new first action) in a project. All actions are not completed in this test case.

Cannot reproduce it in the new version so hopefully, it has been fixed.
You can use the Move up and Down functions until then.

Not a problem for me.
TR 2.0 Epsilon
Win XP SP2
Java 1.6.0_5 b13
However the mouse has to go above the first item but not onto the project. Sometime I go to far and then the move does not happen. However I can move the first task down without issue.

I tried it again and it works now, after a reboot. Don't you just love software running under Windoze.
