I would like to print all my tasks that are not completed with their context on one report.

How can I do this? I keep most of my actions at inactive and just the three or four for the day active, so printing the the ASAP to dos are not really an option.

If there is no way to do that, how can I make the default status for a new item ASAP instead of inactive?

Additionally, I know I can set tickler time for a task, but what about an entire project? I started to learn swimming, but it's still too darn cold, so even though I have a few errands (find a coach, ask x to borrow goggles....) I'd like to set one tickler date for the entire project and not each individual action.

Thanks

In 2.0.1 there were 2 types of reports: PDF and Jasper reports. We removed the PDF reports in 2.2.1 but after a few feedbacks, we realised that some of the functionality provided by the PDF reports is now missing. Within the next few days we will release the PDF reports as modules. As part of the PDF reports, there is a report 'Actions by context' which includes the inactive actions.

To set-up the default status go to Options/MIscellaneous, Projects Tab. At the moment, this default value is used when creating action from the Process Thoughts screen and from the Review Project screen. We will separate them as per a user request.

I use Future project for that and enter a Start Date for when I want the project to become current.

Thanks Claire!

I LOVE THINKING ROCK!!!!! This is by far the best GTD implementation for Windows. I especially love all the pocketmod reports. It's an awesome way to get action items back into the real world, for those of us that aren't linked up to PDAs
