Hello,

I'm new to TR and tried a few other GTD systems before. So far, TR appears to be a solid system, although its looks are a bit old-fashioned.

As always when trying a new system the brain needs a while to realize that it is reliable. One consequence is that in the beginning phase I keep getting thoughts again and again which I have already entered into TR. Hence, I'd like to be able to quickly search through all actions for certain keywords to check if that thought is already processed.

However, Edit>Find... is _always_ grayed out. I haven't found a single view in which this menu entry becomes active, nor have I found any other means to search my actions/projects other than a manual run over all items.

Could someone tell me what I'm missing here? I can't believe that a database is unsearchable, but I also can't find out how.

You can search on all your actions in Review Actions screen. Choose a Tab where all actions are selected, add the Search filter and show it.
