I noticed this in v1 as well. If I'm typing in an action and I hold down the SHIFT KEY and hit Backspace nothing happens.

I'm using windows XP home sp2

In most programs backspace works the same whether I'm holding down the shift or not. In TR it only works when I'm not holding down the shift.

On Windows, shift+backspace backspaces over whole words to the previous space, rather than single characters.

I think you're thinking of ctrl + Backspace which does work correctly in TR. I am a Windows user and I noticed the same problem: shift + Backspace does nothing, but now I am unable to reproduce it. Saru, where are you seeing this problem?

In 1.2.3 shift+backspace and ctrl+backspace don't do anything.

My mistake about shift+backspace, you're right, on Windows it's ctrl+backspace to delete whole words.
