Hi, everyone.
I think Thinking Rock is a great software to get things done on PC, so that most of time, I use it.

In ver 1.2.2, I cannot make PDF report written in Japanese. Like this: I tried to output "日本語" but the outputted pdf file says "####" instead of.

As far as I searched, I must add fonts to FOP. When thinking rock use fop.jar, config file (e.g. conf/userconfig.xml) must be specified. Option -c.
> java -var fop.jar -c conf/userconfig.xml -fo -myfo.fo -pdf mypdf.pdf

Can I specify the config file in Thinking Rock 1.2.2?
Or is there any way to add another font metrics into the base 14 fonts?

Thank you for reading.

TR version 1.2.2 does not use the fop configuration file and so you can't add fonts.

TR version 1.2.3 (which will be released very soon) does use the fop configuration file and you will be able to add fonts. Please see http://www.thinkingrock.com.au/forum/viewtopic.php?t=309

Hi, Jeremy

Thank you for telling series of conservations(http://www.thinkingrock.com.au/forum/vi ... .php?t=309). Now, I have read it and understood the situation. I see. I cannot add fonts with TR ver 1.2.2, for now.

I am looking forward to TR ver 1.2.3. I can't wait. :D
